FULL PLANNING, DESIGN AND COORDINATION

Our signature planning experience, designed for couples who want a seamless, stress-free planning process from engagement to the final celebration.

  • Planning and coordination for all wedding events, including on-site event management.

  • Comprehensive vendor sourcing, recommendations, contract review, and ongoing vendor management.

  • Personalized design and concept development to bring your vision to life, including mood boards, color palettes, layouts, and styling guidance.

  • Unlimited planning meetings (virtual or in-person), email support, and planning guidance throughout your engagement.

  • Attendance at venue tours, tastings, décor mock-ups, vendor meetings, and final walkthroughs (travel fees may apply outside our service area).

  • Detailed event timelines, production schedules, and floor plans.

  • Guest experience planning, cultural ceremony logistics, and multi-day event flow management.

  • Invitation, stationery, and event signage design. (Printing and production costs are the client's responsibility.)

  • Final vendor confirmations and complete event execution from start to finish.

  • Day-of coordination included for all contracted events.

2025

MONTH OF PLANNING AND COORDINATION

Ideal for couples who have started planning their wedding but want an experienced team to professionally execute every detail.

  • Day-of coordination for up to three (3) wedding events. Additional events may be added for an additional fee.

  • Review and organization of all existing vendor contracts.

  • Vendor communication and management beginning 30 days before your first event.

  • Monthly planning check-ins after booking, transitioning to weekly meetings during the final month.

  • One venue walkthrough or site visit.

  • Two design and décor consultation sessions.

  • Creation of detailed event timelines and vendor schedules.

  • Wedding party, family, and vendor coordination throughout all contracted events.

  • Management of ceremony cues, reception flow, cultural traditions, and timeline execution.

  • Troubleshooting and on-site problem solving so you and your family can enjoy the celebration.
